Note: Registration Rates are net of all taxes and fees. Registration payments are collected in USD directly to the CTBUH Headquarters Office account in Chicago, USA. Therefore, GST does not apply. AUD rates are indicative only, based on an exchange rate of 1.3. All payments must be made in USD$ at the rates portrayed, irrespective of daily exchange rate fluctuations.

Registration Notes

Note: All Rates in US$

  1. Days 1 & 2 Core Conference (Sydney) = Two full days of Conference sessions in Sydney (Monday 30 & Tuesday 31 October) + 2017 conference digital proceedings + 2 lunches + 6 coffee breaks.
  2. Day 3 Off-Site Programs (Sydney) = Delegates will chose one morning program and one afternoon program on Wednesday 1 November, which take place within seminal tall buildings and urban spaces around Sydney.
  3. Days 4 & 5 Regional City Programs (Melbourne and Brisbane) = Delegates can travel to one of two key cities in Australia for a 1.5-day program hosted within seminal tall buildings and urban spaces in that city. Flights and accommodations to be paid by delegate.
  4. Registrations for the three Networking Receptions in Sydney can only be accepted for delegates registered for the 2-day Core Sydney Conference. For Day 4 Networking Receptions, delegates must be registered for either the Melbourne or Brisbane program.
  5. Presenter/CTBUH Leader Registration = For presenters notified of accepted abstracts or CTBUH Leaders only. For each accepted presentation, only one presenter is entitled to the reduced registration rate.
  6. Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund, minus a USD$100 cancellation fee (per delegate) will be given if written notice of cancellation is received by 30 June 2017. A 50% refund will be given after 30 June – 31 August 2017. No refund will be given for cancellation after 31 August 2017. No refunds will be given for those who do not attend the conference. If you cannot attend the conference we are happy to accept a substitute colleague without penalty up to 22 September 2017. No substitutions are allowed after 22 September 2017. All refunds will be distributed after the Conference.
  7. Reimbursement Policy: If a delegate wishes to change his/her booking and this is possible within the terms of the Cancellation Policy above, then a $30 change fee (per delegate) will be charged on any potential reimbursement refund.
  8. Payment: Payments are encouraged to be made by credit card immediately to secure registration; registrations are not considered complete until payment is received. A 3% bank fee will be charged for all credit card payments; a $20 bank fee will be charged for all wire transfers.
